Meet the Heart Behind AppleWise

Hi, I’m AJ Fowler, the founder of AppleWise and your friendly neighborhood tech guy.

I am a family first person. I have helped my own parents, grandparents, friends of the family with tech. I know it’s not always just plug and play for everyone.

With over 14 years in IT support, I’ve worked in fast-paced enterprise environments, providing executive-level tech solutions, and specialized in Apple device management for businesses of all sizes. I have also worked at the Genius Bar at the Apple Store, supporting everyday people with everyday tech needs

But beyond that, my passion lies in helping people feel empowered—not intimidated—by their devices. I started AppleWise to bring compassionate, one-on-one support to individuals, families, and communities. Whether I’m helping a grandma set up her first iPhone, a couple modernize their smart home, or a group of seniors confidently navigate iPads—I bring patience, heart, and real-world knowledge to every session.
